Delivery times for standard and bespoke orders EXCLUDES dispatch time. Standard deliveries will be delivered in 2-4 working days after dispatch and express deliveries will be delivered in 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are an aim and not a guarantee and there may be courier delays from time to time, which unfortunately are outside of our control. In the event that your order is delayed, please allow 3 working days to pass before contacting us.

Due to the volume of orders received, we currently cannot accept rush orders. Therefore we advise that if you need an order by a specific date, you allow enough time for your order to arrive, based on our estimated timings above.

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted.
